Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 July 2026. These terms set out the conditions under which Tohage Zayova provides its website and relocation logistics support to clients in Bucharest.
A. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website or engaging Tohage Zayova for relocation logistics support, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If any part of these terms is unacceptable to you, we ask that you refrain from using the site or our services. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, which form part of the overall agreement between us.
B. Description of services
Tohage Zayova provides practical relocation logistics support to expat professionals and their families settling into Bucharest. This includes apartment search and viewing accompaniment, utility setup and internet activation, school research for children, neighbourhood orientation tours, and accompaniment for SIM card activation and bank account opening at the branch. Services are coordinated according to each client's stated preferences and are provided on a best-effort, informational and logistical basis.
C. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their household, budget, and timeline, and for holding valid identification and any documentation required by third parties such as landlords, banks, mobile network operators, and utility providers. Tohage Zayova is not responsible for delays or refusals caused by incomplete or inaccurate client documentation, or by decisions made independently by third-party institutions.
D. Fees and arrangements
Scope and fees for relocation logistics support are confirmed individually following a discovery call, and are not published as fixed rates on this website, since needs vary considerably between households. Any fee arrangement is agreed directly with the client prior to the start of services and is not altered retroactively without mutual agreement.
E. No legal or immigration advice
Tohage Zayova is not a law firm and does not employ licensed attorneys as part of its relocation logistics team. Nothing provided through this website, in written correspondence, or during in-person accompaniment constitutes legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice. Clients requiring guidance on visas, residence permits, work authorisation, or any other legal status matter should consult a licensed immigration lawyer or notary public authorised to practise in Romania.
F. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted under Romanian law, Tohage Zayova's liability for any claim arising from the services described in these terms is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, omissions, or decisions of third-party institutions such as landlords, banks, schools, or utility providers.
G. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, and the Tohage Zayova name and logo, remains the property of Tohage Zayova or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference, but reproduction or redistribution of substantial portions of this site without prior written permission is not permitted.
H. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or with services provided by Tohage Zayova shall, where not resolved amicably between the parties, fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to the client under applicable Romanian law.
